Greco EG-600C Custom Left Handed - MIJ - 1977 - Cherry Sunburst

A very uncommon left-handed Greco EG-600 Custom, made in 1977. This is an exceptional guitar and definitely one worth considering if you are in the market for an excellent leftie! Produced at the Fujigen factory just before Greco’s Super Real line of instruments, this guitar meticulously captures the intricate details of classic Les Paul design, incorporating features reminiscent of Gibson’s Norlin era. 
 
This guitar features a pancake-chambered mahogany body with a maple top with a lovely grain peaking through the finish. A 3-piece maple neck with a “C” profile, it feels nice and comfortable. The rosewood fretboard features pearloid block inlays and fret nib binding. The frets are in great condition, with hardly any fret wear. The pickguard is missing. 
 
Original pickups (pickup number 271209). This guitar sounds awesome, all the grunt and clarity that we know and love from LP Customs and will easily compete against any modern counterpart!
 
This plays excellently, with low action and a slinky feel. All the electronics are working as they should. Overall in great condition for a guitar hailing from 1977! The binding on the fretboard and headstock is showing some colour deterioration and cracking. Hardware shows general aging, mainly on the bridge and tailpiece. Small divit in the body towards the bottom, very small ding to the back of the neck at the 3rd fret position. A small hole on the righthand side on top of the neck pickup.
