Gibson 'The Paul' made in USA in 1979. This guitar used the Les Paul is shape but with a Walnut body and two exposed humbuckers.
Featuring a Walnut body, three-piece Mahogany neck, with an Ebony fingerboard, Mother of Pearl dot position markers and jumbo frets. Tuners are Grover Roto-Matics, tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece. T bucker Super 74s pickups, stamped with PAT no. 2737842. This sounds excellent, loads of clarity and grunt to every note. Other features include a 3 way pickup selector, individual volume and tone controls.
Overall in excellent condition for a guitar this age. Almost no fretware. Even though this model did not come out with a pickguard there are some filled in holes where it someone has put a pickuard at some point in its life. Some aging present to the hardware. Some dimples around the edges of this guitar.
Comes with original Gibson Chainsaw case.
