Coming from the debut year of the American Standard Telecaster, this is a beautiful vintage piece.
 
Serial number E808731. Neck stamp dates this to November 18, 1988, body stamp dates to November 6, 1988. Featuring an alder body, maple neck. Fender custom shop bridge pickup. Appears to be the factory neck pickup. Original Fender branded tuners and saddle. Has been given a full setup, plays beautifully with a great low action. A great sounding and feeling tele!
 
Overall in good condition. This has been refretted with what appears to be medium jumbos, minimal fretware. Some playwear on the edges of the fretboard. Control switch shows moderate aging. Some minimal wear on the back of the body.
